	Can this pane be hidden at all? False for the worksheet itself, which is wxAUI's centre pane: wxMaximaFrame::ShowPane() refuses to hide it and asserts if asked to, so hide_sidebar has to reject it before that point rather than tripping an assert inside what is, from the caller's point of view, an ordinary tool call.

One dockable sidebar, as list_sidebars reports it.

Attention: name is the stable, untranslated key wxMaximaFrame stores a pane under (m_sidebarNames – "structure", "variables", ...), and is the only thing show_sidebar/hide_sidebar accept. caption is what the user actually sees, and is passed through _(), so it changes with the UI language – an AI that keyed off it would stop working the moment wxMaxima runs in anything but English.
